Laura handled Hogg wrong. In fact, it looks like everyone is handling him wrong. He is leading a mob, and the mob wants to burn things, and things they will burn no matter what you say. The key is getting the mob to turn on itself. And to do this, you need to not only refute their accusations, but give them a new target. For example, guns have been around since I was a kid in the 80s (and before), but we didn't have all these school shootings. What is different now is that we have social media putting constant pressure on people to measure up and get 'likes', otherwise be cast as a loser. Study after study has shown that the rise of social media has correlated with the decline of teen self-confidence and self-worth. If anything caused the school shootings, it is clearly Facebook.
But then again, another thing new since the 80s is NAFTA and the concept of open borders. My generation didn't grow up with the pressure that if we didn't measure up, we'd be replaced with immigrants and that our country wasn't really ours and we had no right to try and control its borders. So if anything caused the school shootings, its clearly NAFTA and the Clintons.
But then again, another thing that is new is the concept of fungible sexual identity. Want to be a boy? Its just an operation away! Change your mind? It’s just some pills and another operation away. People who have learned that they don't need to accept the sexual identity of their birth, or who have been told there is no such thing, can't be expected to accept any other reality in life. Which means that any hardship must have a villain causing it, justifying a violent response? So if anything is causing the school shootings, it must be the radical LGBTQRSTUVWXYZ movement and they are to blame.
So clearly Hogg is a Nazi sympathizer culpable in the deaths of thousands of school kids since he has yet to disavow any of the above groups. If he was over 30 he'd have a longer perspective and realize he is being duped. But now having been shown the facts, if he won't call out the above groups, he is equally guilty.
It really is that easy.
(BTW - First clue was the massive whining about the clear backpack policy now instituted at their school).
