Swedish Meat Balls


1 Pound Ground beef
1/2 pound ground pork
1/2 Cup Onion, finely chopped
1 Cup mashed pototoes (cold)
1/4 Cup Bread crumbs
2 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 1/2 Cup Cream
1/4 Cup water
1   egg
1 Tbsp. Flour

1. Reserve: 1 cup of cream and 1 tablespoon of flour.

2. Saute onion for five mintues.

3. Mix saute onions in a bowl with grounded beef and pork.

4. Combine mashed potatoes (loosely packed).

5. Excpet for the reserved ingredients add everything else.

6. Form meatballs and fry.

7. Blend the reserved cream and flour and pour into the pan juices, stir until thickens.
