Sponge Cake


6   Eggs (separated)
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Flour
3 Tbsp. Butter (melted, very hot)

1. Beat egg whites until stiff adding half the sugar gradually.

2. Add the other half of sugar to the egg yolks and beat until fluffy.

3. Fold egg yolks into egg whites and then add flour.

4. Last drizzle over the very hot butter.
