1. Mix thoroughly the cream and cream cheese.
2. In a separate bowl mix the flour and sugar. Add beaten egg yolks and mix well.
3. Combine both mixtures and finish with vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
4. Beat egg whites stiff.
5. Fold in the beaten egg whites.
6. Bake in a moderate low oven (325 degrees) for 1 hour.
