Black and White Cake


4 Cups Cake flour
1 1/2 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Salt
2 Cups Butter
2 Cups Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp. Orange rind
10   eggs whites
2 Squares Chocolate melted with 1/4 cup water
1/4 tsp. soda

Cream butter and sugar, add vanilla, orange rind, beat in unbeaten whites, add dry ingredients very slowly; divide batter in half, cut in chocolate. Place in a 10 inch tube. Slow bake in 300 degree oven for 30 minutes or until done.
