1. Mix eggs and sugar together.
2. Then combine flour and cornstarch.
3. Heat milk separately.
4. Once the milk becomes hot temper it with the egg mixture.
5. After add back to the pot until the pastry cream begin to thicken.
6. Set aside and cool.
