EGG CUSTARD (AUNT JILL'S)


1 CUP Heavy Cream
1 1/2 CUP Milk
1/3 CUP Sugar
3   Eggs

1. Whip eggs and sugar.

2. Scald milk in a double boiler (can use cold milk).

3. Butter and sugar the ramekins.

4. Fill the ramekins and place in a pan with one inch of water.

5. Cook in a 350 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
