Citizens display visual support in Bahrain at Al Fateh highway for detainees

Orange flags were hoisted with delta camp written on them and the theme was freedom.
Supporters of the National Justice Movement gathered in large numbers behind Al Fateh mosque yesterday. “This is the American justice and democracy! The whole world should see what is happening in Guantanamo Bay!” said Saleh Abdulrasool Al Blooshi who is waiting for his son, detained at the camp, to come back.

They were on a mission to make people aware of the suffering at the camp and for the release of the three Bahrainis. In orange uniforms and handcuffs, volunteers from all age groups sat in the ‘prison’ to highlight the Bay detainees’ suffering. “We will continue the campaign till Friday and hope that more supporters will join in and support the cause of humanity. We will also send write to the US embassy and government organizations to intervene in the matter,” said Mohammed Janahi, one of the organizers of the event.
