The Prime Minister, Shaikh Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, yesterday received outgoing Indian Ambassador Bhaskar Kumar Mitra.
The Prime Minister expressed pride with the progress and advancement of Bahrain-India relations in various fields which have been further boosted by the Prime Minister’s recent visit to India.

Shaikh Khalifa hailed the ambassador’s efforts in enhancing relations between the two countries and their peoples, and wished him success in his next assignment. The Premier discussed with the ambassador the latest regional and international developments and asked him to convey his greetings to the Indian Prime Minister and his wishes of progress and prosperity to the Indian government and people.

The ambassador expressed thanks and appreciation for the support from the government which, he said, helped him in his diplomatic duties.

 
   

The Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Shaikh Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khalifa, yesterday received outgoing Indian Ambassador Bhaskar Kumar Mitra.
Shaikh Mohammed expressed his pride with the progress and advancement of relations and cooperation between the two countries in various fields which have been further boosted following the visit of the Prime Minister, Shaikh Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, to India.

Shaikh Mohammed also hailed the ambassador’s efforts in enhancing relations between the two countries and their peoples, and wished him success in his next assignment.
