Sexist Figures
They don't make Rey toys because they don't sell. It's not a sexism thing, it's an "Unpopular character" thing. If you go to walmart today, there are dozens if not hundreds of Rey, Cassian, Finn, and Captain Phasma figures because no one wants them.
1. She's a Mary Sue and really unpopular among older fans. This sentiment is passed along to their kids.
2. Star Wars toys, in general, aren't selling well anymore. They've oversaturated the market and shot themselves in the foot by embracing SJW ideologies in the name of "girl power". There's nothing wrong with "girl power" in and of itself, but the way TLJ specifically did it makes men seem really weak and stupid among other things, isolating a large part of the fanbase.
Proof that the lack of Rey sales isn't a sexism thing is the fact that Jaina Solo, effectively Rey's semi-counterpart in the Old EU was voted as the most popular EU character of the choices available and got her own figure which is super hard to find due to high demand.
