They are charged with a FELONY, facing one to four years in prison and up to a $5K fine if convicted. Apparently, it didn't matter to Gardner that the McCloskeys felt threaten when a mob of people gate crashed and stormed into the front of their home where it was reported they were going to do great harm to the McCloskeys, their home, and even their little doggy. Perhaps Gardner can't recall that those remarks sound like the Wicked Witch in the "Wizard of OZ", but I can't help to see that St. Louis Attorney Kim Gardner has formed a kinship with the wrong party. I'm thinking that a house needs to fall on someone and it's NOT the McCloskeys!
