Maxwell Blue's Oubliette:

Fake News? Or Not Real News

Some might think this is a really stupid question, more than “stupid”, perhaps they would consider it heartless and devoid of emotion on my part because it would appear that I don’t have the ability to feel the pain of another human being and somehow I am a diabolical, misguided and downright evil. But I would say what kind of person does the public want to make the real big decisions on their behalf; one that gets flustered and easily flies off the handle at the first sign of trouble or someone who has nerves of steel and wouldn’t be clouded by doubt and emotion. Only someone who keeps their wits could hold the situation together and complete the operation as intended, free of the shrill voices that are beating down the door.

What does 17 deaths mean from the wide lens, the God-size lens? Without a doubt there should be no way possible we let one warped mind stop the whole nation from what they are doing to focus on this one issue.

I am fairly sure that it is guaranteed there is going to be another school shooter. The Media doesn’t have to say the killer’s name or show their face, imagine what we have done, we have bestowed the powers to crash all the networks and capture the minds of almost every person in the nation. What could be worth more to a small insignificant soul that believes there is nothing left to lose? There isn’t a way to eclipse that type of grandiosity. We have walked into the path of faith and snarled our foot and started the motion to release the next shooter because unlike Robert E Lee his name will long be remembered.

I am sure that others have seen that if they spent any time on the alternate media, the YouTube channels and the Podcasts and the blogs, thousands and hundreds of thousands of people, hundreds of videos with hundreds of thousands and over a million views, all kinds of voices speaking with the public and the public’s comments listed below; while the big guys, the major newspapers and the cable news stations only seem to deal with a handful of topics.

They are like HBO and the other movie channels where they get the rights to show a selection of content and because they paid for this and will run it with abandon. Because of this reason a subscriber will see the same movies and shows until these movie channels decide to buy new content. That seems the way the cable news format is set up. They find themselves a Golden Goose story and whack the hell out of it. Remember how the golden goose story wasn’t these 17 dead people at an ill-fated school, but the 239 passengers and crew of the Malaysia Airlines Flight MH370.

I can’t be the only one to see that these “News People” don’t care about us. They just want to have the public glued to their shows. If the public thought about it they would find it insulting. It is like a scene out of "Mr. Smith Goes to Washington". It is downright despicable. I can recall Don Lemon looking in the camera with a straight face and asking if the MH370 got swallowed up by a black hole on its way to China. These people don’t deserve the public’s respect and because these networks turn on a dime once they killed their current Golden Goose story. The unraveling question is how the alternate media always has other topics to talk about and that is why the Old Media will be dead soon. I can take only so many Golden Goose stories like these 17 people at a school and the 239 people that went through a Black Hole on their way to China.

When a driver is cruising down the road and runs over a nail they don’t trashed the entire car and start over with another one. They have the tire repaired or replaced and if they have a swell deal with the tire store they have it done for free. When 17 die at a school I think the public and mostly the “News People” should keep in mind that people die every day and all they would have to do to find them is adjust their lens on the world. Every year 37,461 people die tragically on the roadways. Another 36,000 or so die of the flu and even 653 people died of heat-related causes each year. Then there are the big killers like the 610,000 people who die of heart disease and the more than 4.6 million in America that died from a range of chronic respiratory illnesses from the years of 1980-2014.
